Your focus will be to assist the construction team in maintaining high levels of safety standards whilst ensuring compliance with the group safety systems. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:Undertaking site inspections and assist with WHS system auditsExecute and coordinate appropriate risk management actions including maintaining incident, maintenance, risk and hazard reports and registersFacilitating WHS related toolbox meetings and address non-conformance issuesAssist with subcontractor WHS management and incident management Providing information, training and resources to subcontractors and relevant people on-siteGenerate reports on inspections and recommend corrective actions Provide accurate and timely administrative support to the WHS Management team as requiredCollaborate cross functionally to implement improvements to the contractor experience and issue resolution processAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values.
