Whs Coordinator

Permanent Full Time 38 Hours per week Dandenong Office Location Key Responsibilities Include: The primary role is implementing the HSEQ Strategy in Victoria, with a support function for WHS in SA and Tas.
Organise and lead work health and safety training, including equipment training.
Perform site visits to verify compliance with WHS standards.
Lead toolbox talks with staff.
Carry out risk assessments.
Investigate incidents.
Provide safety inductions for new employees.
Support the creation of safe work method statements.
Implement WHS policies and legislation.
About You Lead by example Green by Nature's safety first culture.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in WHS policies, processes, and safe systems of work.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
