You will be working for a leader in providing Consulting services to corporate clients within various industries in Tasmania.
Our client has a new and exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, driven and successful WHS Consultant to join their professional team in Tasmania.Key Responsibilities

Deliver top-tier WHS solutions to a diverse range of corporate clients.Project manage and deliver WHS-related proposals and advisory engagements.Collaborate with a global network to develop innovative safety solutions for Tasmanian clients.Draft proposals, reports, and other key project deliverables.Advise clients on ways of improving their safety performance and implementing effective WHS strategies.Conduct comprehensive WHS audits and risk assessments.Develop and implement tailored WHS management systems and safety programs.Provide expert advice and support on WHS matters to clients.Deliver training sessions and workshops on various WHS topics.Investigate workplace incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.Skills and Experience

Experience in WHS with exposure to various workplaces and situations.Proven experience in reviewing and developing WHS system frameworks, strategies, procedures, and processes.Tertiary level qualification in WHS i.e.
min.
Diploma.Strong relationship management skills.Effective presentation and public speaking skills to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in WHS management systems, reporting and software.This is a permanent full-time opportunity, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
