Key Responsibilities: Technical/Operational:
Conduct health and safety needs assessments, audits, and reviews.Facilitate workshops and training sessions.Conduct comprehensive risk assessments.Develop control frameworks to enhance safety measures.Provide leadership coaching to enhance safety culture.Project management to ensure effective implementation of safety initiatives.Collaborate with senior consultants to develop scope of works documents and client proposals based on defined needs.Continuous project management to monitor and evaluate ongoing safety programs.Knowledge/Experience
Previous internal or external consulting experience.Solid understanding of WHS legislation and risk management.Ability to adapt and learn new technology and online systems.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Possession of a current driver's license and own vehicle.Willingness to travel as required.Preferred
