As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and driven WHS & Compliance Coordinator to join our team and help us uphold the highest standards of workplace health, safety, and compliance.
Your Role: Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of WHS policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and company policies.Coordinate and facilitate safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to empower our team.Maintain accurate records of WHS activities, including injury management and return-to-work processes.Support the company in achieving ISO certifications and other compliance benchmarks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of continuous safety improvement.What You Bring: Formal qualification in WHS, Risk Management, or a related field.Proven experience in a WHS or compliance role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, standards, and best practices.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams.A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with attention to detail.Experience with ISO certifications or equivalent compliance frameworks (highly regarded).Why Join GLT Trailers?
