They are seeking a WHS Advisor for a site-based role in Perth.What your responsibilities will be:Providing expert safety advice to project managers, site supervisors, and workers.Establish and preserve a risk-free workplace by identifying hazards and putting safety measures in place.Simplify the Clients Management System (WHSMS) administration process.Implement and supervise the use of project risk assessment and WHS management plan on-site.Conduct weekly orientations for the location and the facility, including safety walks.Facilitate weekly Site Manager Toolbox Conversations: Working Together.Investigate and report every MTI, LTI, and incident that qualifies as notifiable.Encourage the use of cutting-edge technologies to enhance corporate culture and performance.What is required to be considered:Tilt-Up construction & 1Breadcrumb experience are essential.A minimum of 2 years in a comparable position, completing mid-to-large-scale projects while showcasing effective coordination and management abilities related to safety in the construction sector.A Minimum Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety.Collaborative communication skills are necessary for providing advice, persuasion, and relationship development.Full Clean Australian Driving Licence.Computer and system proficiency.If you are interested in this position or would like to talk about a new opportunity, please feel free to reach out to me at or .#J-18808-Ljbffr
