Health Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner Reporting to the Head of Health Safety & Wellbeing, this role is responsible for the implementation of the WHS strategy and Wellbeing initiatives, partnering with key stakeholders across multiple sites.
You will act as the subject matter expert to increase engagement and awareness.
Taking a strategic approach, you are the leader across this division with the autonomy to set up new initiatives and the opportunity to achieve across the core areas; safety management system, emergency and crisis management framework.
You will provide technical expertise in injury prevention and support management of both work-related and non-work related medical conditions Requirements Tertiary qualified in workplace health & safety Allied Health qualification highly desirable Excellent people skills with ability to develop programs, promote and build and implement systems for delivery.
Strong knowledge of legislation within WHS, Workers Compensation and Codes of Practice.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders at all levels.
Advanced conceptual and problem-solving skills with proven ability to use initiative effectively planning and prioritising.
