GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR A NEW YEAR START WITH APS CLIENT! Our client is seeking APS4 and APS5 WHS Administration Officers to work in a dynamic and diverse team based in Canberra.
The ideal candidate will offer resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude with a client-centric approach in a fast-paced and agile work environment.
Start Date : January 2025
Salary : within APS Salary Band as per EBA
Must be an Australian Citizen
Clearance : Baseline or ability to obtain
Location : Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin (ALL CAPITAL CITIES)
Employment : S26 (preferred) or Non-Ongoing
Responsibilities : Provide WHS and general administration support.Identify and document team processes.Have high-quality written communication to support the development of guidance material and tools/templates for use by the workforce.Process invoices, organise travel, coordinate team events and meetings.Complete other ad-hoc tasks as required by the WHS function.Experience or knowledge in WHS is MANDATORY.Our client offers : Hybrid workingCompetitive remunerationDiverse and innovative workplaceIf you feel you are a suitable candidate, submit your application by hitting "Apply for this job."
