A broad, challenging and rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Supply Chain Leader to join this diverse and global pharmaceutical manufacturer based out of Western Sydney.
Reporting into the Director, and as a key member of the leadership group, the Head of Supply Chain will lead a large supply chain team and will bring strong expertise in both People Management and Supply Chain Management.
With financial and departmental budgetary responsibilities, the Head of Supply Chain will be responsible for partnering with business units including Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Quality teams to align a supply chain strategy that achieves and exceeds organisation wide objectives.
With demonstrated capabilities in Supply Chain Optimisation and with a Continuous Improvement mindset, the successful applicant will enable their team to achieve and enhance DIFOT across a diverse customer base.
The Head of Supply Chain will have accountability and oversight of Supply Chain Operations including:
Purchasing, Materials and Demand Planning Production Planning Forecasting and Reporting Warehousing, Inventory and Distribution Tertiary qualifications and relevant supply chain management experience within an FMCG environment will be highly regarded.
