It involves: Onboarding & Training : Leading the initial and ongoing training of team members to ensure they're well-prepared and continuously improving.
Goal Achievement : Guiding the team to meet both individual and collective performance targets.
Providing Support : Recognizing when team members need extra assistance and offering the necessary support or additional training.
Issue Resolution : Efficiently resolving booking issues and customer queries to maintain high service standards.
Reservation Management : Stepping in to handle reservations when the team requires additional help or in high-demand situations.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: Experience managing a travel team is highly desirable, but assistant managers ready for a step up will also be considered.
Call Centre experience is essential, with a proven track record of meeting KPIs and managing high call volumes.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills to effectively support and develop team members.
Customer service expertise , ensuring that both client and team needs are met at a high standard.
Flexibility to work on a rotating weekend roster , adapting to the demands of a dynamic travel environment.
