In this role, you'll manage B2B and B2C bookings, liaise with suppliers, and deliver outstanding service to ensure seamless travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality customer support, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with travel arrangements.Handle sales of air and land packages through phone, email, and web chat inquiries.Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.Efficiently use internal systems to organize and track booking sales.Achieve and surpass key performance metrics and sales objectives.Qualifications: 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant / Agent is a must.Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for travel.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Proficient with computer systems and savvy with technology.Highly organized, self-motivated, and have a keen eye for detail.Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre) systems is essential. Conversion training available if needed.The Package: Base Salary: Competitive Base + uncapped Commissions = $70K - $80K OTE in your first year
