The Wholesale Sales Representative plays a critical role in expanding our customer base and establishing Luxco Energy as a leader in the renewable energy industry. The successful candidate will have an understanding to promote our renewable energy products while reducing carbon footprint.
Responsibilities
Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Provide customers with product samples and brochures.
Prepare sales contracts and order forms.
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports.
Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
Attending trade shows and conferences when required.
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications with business acumen
Proven work experience in solar sales, with at least 3 years in a sales management role
In-depth knowledge of solar power generation, energy systems, and related technologies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales strategies
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
