The Somewhere Co. is waiting for you! As we head into further exciting global growth, we are looking for a Wholesale Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
As our Wholesale Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth adventure!
You'll craft and execute exciting sales plans, oversee the order process, and team up with various departments to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
You'll be on the hunt for new business opportunities, building fantastic relationships with clients, and orchestrating vibrant trade shows and promotions.
With your keen eye for growth, you'll help us take our market presence to the next level.
The Role: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth globally.
Primarily focusing on Australia and New Zealand, however lending support in International Markets where required.Identify and generate new business opportunities across wholesale, corporate and marketplaces, as well as continue to expand the existing customer base.Oversee the complete order cycle, including customer setup, order processing, and invoicing.Ensure monthly billing and invoicing is executed and followed up in a timely manner.Continually strive to improve sales processes to achieve exceptional customer experience and service.Collaborate with Planning and Operations to ensure timely order allocation and shipping, as well as systems setup (EDI and other integrations) and creation of product information documents.Execute seasonal sales plans and launches across multiple platforms, as well as collaborate with Marketing and Design on sales assets and promotional activities including EDMs.Organise and execute seasonal markets and trade shows, managing all aspects from setup to breakdown.Complete weekly and monthly reporting across multiple platforms to enable you to identify opportunities, celebrate wins and share learnings in real time.About you: Proactive and results-driven professional with excellent communication skills.Strong track record in sales growth roles with multi-million dollar targets, ideally in the retail/lifestyle industry.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage sales across international markets.Thrive in a collaborative environment and adept at identifying growth opportunities.Keen understanding of lifestyle product trends.Nimble and creative, able to adapt to changing business needs.Proficient at analysing data and making strategic recommendations.Outstanding attention to detail with strong technical sales skills.Education & Experience Requirements: Minimum 3+ years' experience in a sales or business development role.Proven experience in managing large retail accounts, both locally and internationally, is highly regarded.Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.Experience collaborating with marketing and operations teams.Familiarity with billing, invoicing, and sales reporting.Willingness to travel for trade shows and off-site meetings as required.Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.Background in retail/lifestyle industries is highly regarded.Now let's talk about us!
