Reporting to the Wholesale Manager, the purpose of this role is to effectively manage the operational functions of the wholesale department. Meet agreed on KPI's and ensure all orders are met in full, in specification and on time whilst adhering to and maintaining best in class HS&E and QA requirements.
Key accountabilities include:
Ensure agreed on KPI's and Learning and Development plans are delivered Manage the implementation and maintenance of WHS and environmental requirements. Promote and maintain our animal welfare standards. Carry out any other reasonable and lawful directions that may be given from time to time by the company. Implement daily team meetings prior to start up and discuss manning's and production schedules Monitor and manage wages and staff costs to deliver an under-budget result in FY24 Ensure chain of responsibility requirements are always met Demonstrate a commitment to developing a team culture. Ensure company values drive decision making and behaviours in the workplace. Work effectively and cohesively alongside Wholesale manager daily Investigate and close out all customer complaints and ensure NCR processes are maintained Develop appropriate contingency planning to ensure all roles have adequate and effective cover What we're looking for
Certificate III in Meat Processing or equivalent skill set and experience. Experience in supervision and leadership roles Continuous Improvement knowledge and skills Understanding and ability to coach and mentor team on Food Safety and HACCP principles and practices Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office If you have the necessary skills and experience and feel you would be a great fit to our team, please apply now!
