The role Are you a high-performing, results-driven professional with a track record of cultivating strong relationships with wholesale investors?
We have the perfect opportunity for you to make an immediate impact on the business and the investor community in our new position of Wholesale Investor Relations Executive.
Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, you will manage and enhance relationships between GPT and its wholesale investors, playing a key role in the strategic development of our wholesale investor base through the creation and execution of strategies to effectively communicate Fund / Mandate / JV financial performance, strategic initiatives, and investment opportunities to current and potential investors.
What you will be doing Collaborating with the Head of Investor Relations to develop and implement a comprehensive Wholesale Investor Relations Strategy that aligns with the overall business and / or funds management objectives.Coordinating the capital raising activities for GPT's funds against target and timing requirements.Leveraging our deep connections and networks to identify and build partnerships to gain investment from all levels of investors.Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, fund managers, and other key stakeholders in the wholesale investment sector.Monitoring and analysing market trends, investor sentiment, and competitive positioning to provide actionable insights to senior management.Collaborating with senior management to develop and communicate the relevant entities strategic vision and performance metrics to the wholesale investor community.Preparing and distributing detailed financial and strategic reports specific to wholesale investors.Organising and delivering investor meetings, roadshows, and other events tailored to the wholesale investors.What makes you stand out This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of our new and ambitious corporate strategy.
It requires extensive experience in investor relations, or a related field, with a proven track record developing and managing relationships with key wholesale real estate investors.
To be successful you will need a strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements specific to wholesale investors.
Candidates will require exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth and institutional clients and to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
