Wholesale Business Manager

Customer Focus – Build the Sanofi reputation within the customer through professional engagement and interaction.
This role will further our trade relationships by liaising with the customer demand planners to help deliver our mutual objectives.
Forecasting - Accountable for the demand forecast accuracy including sales and distribution of the entire Sanofi portfolio in key Wholesale customers.
Inventory Management – Placement and management of orders in a timely and consistent manner to achieve a targeted stock holding and to support the operational plan (promotions, events, range changes, and seasonality).
New/Deleted SKU Management – Manage range review deletions and new lines to minimize waste and maximize speed to market.
In conjunction with the Customer NAM's, develop and maintain relationships with wholesale customers to enable the RTM strategy to be effectively executed.
Comply with legal and ethical standards and company policies and procedures.
About YouExperience:Account management experience within FMCG or Consumer Health, preferably with exposure to wholesalers.
Proven abilities in negotiation and high-level communication skills.
High-level partnership and cross-functional experience with both external and internal stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen and some exposure to P&L (Business and Customers).
Technical & Soft Skills:Ability to effectively communicate your own views and facilitate communication with other groups/teams.
Be extremely well planned and organized, able to plan ahead, reliable and diligent in all areas of work.
Competent computer skills across Microsoft suite, including accessing and presenting relevant trade data.
