ARE YOU LOOKING FOR THAT NEXT STEP IN YOUR CAREER? We are looking for an exceptional individual to join and lead our Inventory team as the Wholegoods Inventory Manager in our Ballarat Head Office.
About the Role: The Wholegoods Inventory Manager oversees Wholegoods assets across all Brandt Tractor locations and collaborates with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure timely product planning and manage import/export logistics. This role involves leading order planning, inventory allocation, data maintenance, and auditing activities.
Duties & responsibilities: Provide leadership and management to drive continuous improvement in product planning, order management, stocking levels, and distribution process.Oversee maintenance, administration, and analysis of the Estimate to Cash process.Manage all new machine order placement and inventory creation processes.Lead the tracking and analysis of asset configurations, sales history, and trends.Accountable for stocking logic management of all dealerships, and Corporate Pool locations.Responsible for strategic implementation and inventory management of all future locations.Work with vendors to understand order lead times, future constraints, or product changes.Implement supply chain solutions to provide the most efficient service to dealership locations, while helping to control costs.Provide guidance and broad communication to sales leadership and operations teams.Work closely with Logistics teams to assist in Pre-Delivery Inspection scheduling.Provide training and guidance to the team and ensure they have the necessary product knowledge to effectively manage the inventory within their area of responsibility.Ensure new processes and tools are implemented across all Brandt Tractor locations.Review freight costs to ensure competitive rates.Ensure removed attachments are analyzed, priced appropriately and planned for future use.Other duties as assigned.About the Company: Brandt is a world-leading equipment dealer, powered by iconic brands and unrivalled support. About You: The ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience and be a highly motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Managing assets to meet Brandt sales goals, and financial control metrics will be key to future success.
Two or more years of direct supervisory experience.Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet objectives.Analytical thinker with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience within the equipment industry, inventory management, warehousing or supply-chain is preferred.3-5 years of relevant dealership experience and/or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Mathematics, Analytics, or similar discipline would be considered an asset.What's in it for you?
