Seeking a Business Analyst with experience in leading the entire business analysis process from design to implementation.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and capabilities:
Experience in leading the entire business analysis process from design to implementation including: Working with stakeholders to define ERP requirements; Collaborating with subject matter experts, end users, architects, developers to analyse existing business processes and identify solutions; Defining future state requirements; Business process re-design and mapping; Previous experience in leading the delivery of ERP technology and business process uplifts; Demonstrated experience in the continuous improvement of business processes and procedures including process optimisation; Demonstrated ability to create use cases and user stories, process models (process and data flow diagrams), impact analysis document, test plans and cases; The ability to navigate complex analyses, uncover insights, and contribute meaningfully to decision-making processes; Experience in a variety of ERP technologies within a government environment will be highly regarded. Key duties and responsibilities:
Lead workshops with business areas to understand diverse business requirements and any potential impacts or challenges to the solutions; Facilitate collaboration with peers across the organisation and in external service groups; Document relevant business requirements including defining business need and success criteria; Work independently or collaboratively to optimise business and data processes and facilitate process re-design changes through improvements in information systems, information management, practices, procedures, and organisation change. Initial contract duration: 12 Months Contract with 2 x 12 months extension.
Location of work & working arrangements: Canberra based.
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain Baseline Security Clearance.
