About the Role This job will serve as the primary liaison between the Future Fit Academy (FFA) and Assets, ensuring adequate planning, budgeting, and forecasting accuracy, as well as a single point of contact for the site execution teams.
Reporting to Superintendent Execution Enablement, located in Macky/Perth.
Accountabilities:
Engages stakeholders to ensure alignment with FFA Runway on two-year plan objectives throughout the implementation phase, using predefined routines with assets and FFA.
Lead performance tracking dashboard reporting validation, including KPIs, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting L2-L5.
Liaise across multiple functions.
Act as Point of Contact for internal & external customers.
Identify potential issues and escalation scenarios.
Facilitate Superintendent, Manager and Head of level meetings.
Assess impacts of changes and uncertainty in plans and escalate when required.
Capture improvement ideas and feed into continuous improvement pipeline.
About You To be successful in this role you will be an experienced professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a desire to deliver meaningful and impactful work.
You are team oriented and result focused with a demonstrated track record of working with others to achieve right outcomes.
In addition, we are ideally looking for the following skills and experience:
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and time critical tasks.
