This coastal area combines a lively community life, tropical scenery, and easy access to the Whitsundays and Great Barrier Reef.Your Role in ActionKeep Things Running Smoothly: Carrying out repairs and modifications to all rail infrastructure, including general fabrication.Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance, active involvement, and coaching to ensure safe working procedures are achieved.Scope Work: Assist in the identification of the scope of work required, ensuring work orders and permits are completed accurately and on time, maintaining compliance and efficiency.Uphold Quality and Teamwork: Work within a collaborative environment, conducting inspections, identifying problems, and implementing improvements to ensure the highest quality standards.Your Winning CombinationOur ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade, along with a current medium rigid truck licence, and a manual driver's license.
Additional certificates, such as Basic Rigger and Dogger HRWL, would be highly regarded.
