About The Role Due to exciting business growth, our Brisbane office is looking for Payroll superstars to join our team which will support our new QLD operations. This role is accountable for coordinating the preparation and distribution of employee remuneration in an accurate and timely manner.
What You'll Do Process and distribute payroll, ensuring the regular payment of full entitlements to all employees in an accurate and timely manner.Weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll.Set up and process new employees.Understand end to end data flow and process as required.Maintain an up to date understanding of all Awards, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, and Acts pertaining to payroll and the Coal Industry.Process leave and maintain accurate employee data.Liaise with external organisations as required.Liaise with internal departments to deliver positive outcomes.What You'll Bring Experience as a payroll officer.Strong attention to detail.Good time management and organisational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in the use of SAP, Success Factors and Kronos desirable.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Why Whitehaven Coal?
