Preparing accurate and timely financial reports for the executive team and board of directors. Ensuring compliance with financial, regulatory, and governance requirements. Driving continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and controls. Collaborating with senior leadership to identify and implement strategic initiatives. Providing commercial and financial insights to support business decisions and operational goals. What you need to bring: Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or senior finance leader, ideally within the sports, entertainment, or related industry. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Business, with CA/CPA accreditation. Strong financial acumen, with demonstrated expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. A collaborative and results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering commercial outcomes.
