As a Building Certifier with our client, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with building standards for residential projects.
You will be a critical part of a close-knit team, collaborating with builders and developers to deliver high-quality, compliant homes.

Here's what you'll be up to : Providing building certification services for residential construction projects. Ensuring compliance with building standards and regulations. Communicating with builders and developers to ensure projects meet all requirements. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry standards, laws, and technical developments. Using advanced technology to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. What you need to bring : Level 3 Building Certifier qualifications with experience beyond cadetship. Onsite building experience, essential for effective communication with clients. Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple projects. Excellent communication skills for engaging with builders, developers, and stakeholders. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously when needed. A professional, respectful work ethic with integrity and a commitment to high standards. Eligibility to clear probity checks, including a criminal history check.
