CHL continues to grow and we are currently seeking a CHL Business Development Manager to join our NSW Team.
The Role This role is predominantly a sales role and will see you identify and influence existing and potential brokers to trust and offer CHL to their clients. The CHL Business Development Manager will also operate as a product and policy expert across all CHL funders. Your key responsibilities include:
Identify and develop business from targeted Connective brokers Educate brokers on CHL benefits and how to promote and process applications Coach and upskill sales staff on products and selling strategies Monitor real-time CHL sales performance and present at weekly state-based meetings Champion the CHL offering through events, joint-visits, networking and presentations Work closely with the CHL Manager - Sales & Support to plan and execute acquisition, growth and retention strategies The Person You will have skills that allow you to gain trust and confidence in your client quickly. You should also possess an inherent sales ability, and have a strong lending knowledge with the capability to interpret products and policies and confidently discuss deals. You will be self-motivated, thrive in a diverse environment and enjoy building long-standing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also possess:
Demonstrated experience in a lender BDM or acquisition-focused sales role A thorough knowledge of residential credit Experience using CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics) to generate insights and plan activity Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to work efficiently and autonomously A current Australian driver's licence and own transport The Benefits As a valued part of the Connective team, you will be rewarded with:
