Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Management Accountant with a proven track record in multiple finance streams.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you'll play a critical role in shaping our financial landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Finance Team : Drive accountability, foster innovation, and implement best practices.
Financial Management : Oversee month-end close and prepare accurate financial statements.
Compliance : Ensure all financial activities adhere to statutory reporting requirements.
Budgeting & Forecasting : Guide budget preparation and forecasts.
Asset Management : Maintain and update equipment leases and assets, including interest and depreciation journals.
Business Partnering : Collaborate across operational divisions to identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities.
What We Need:
Qualifications : Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience : Extensive expertise in end of month close, developing procedures, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting all necessary.
Skills : Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in accounting software (Viewpoint Vista preferred), and excellent analytical abilities.
Leadership : Strong ability to manage staff and implement efficient processes.
Communication : Excellent internal and external communication skills.
Flexibility : Adaptable and dynamic nature to accommodate everchanging priorities and company direction.
