A job to be proud of: We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join our Wheatbelt Regional Team based out of the Narrogin Office. This position is a Maternity Leave 12-month part time contract working a 18-hour week Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 08:30 – 15:00. You will be required to conduct a variety of administration duties for the sub centre while continually providing the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers. What you'll do: Conduct administration duties for the Wheatbelt Region, Country Ambulance Operations and customers of St John by providing administration, financial and operational support. Direct, process and action queries and communication in a timely manner to ensure the region and customer requirements are met. Process invoices and local customer payments as required for the Wheatbelt Regional Team. Provide support to the volunteer Sub Centres including bank reconciliations, placing orders and accounts payable tasks, head centre account queries, outstanding debtor follow up.  Ensure correspondence is appropriately recorded, stored and distributed. Assist with volunteer enquiries, administration and record keeping Receipting of customer payments. Support the Regional Manager and other staff with administrative functions. What you'll need: Proven administration and data entry experience Previous experience conducting Accounts Payable and reconciliation tasks Ability to work autonomously Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills What's in it for you?
