PositionOverview: As a Wait Supervisor, you willplay a crucial role in our restaurant operations, functions, and barenvironments. Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a large, fast pace venue Strong knowledge of a range of Australian wines, beers & cocktails Work in a team based environment and autonomously Experience with wait and bar service Be able to use a point of sales system A working understanding of Food Safety Standards Maintain current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification Experience from working in the events environment will be advantageous Duties include Monitoring rosters and attendance Ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained Identifying, raising, and resolving conflicts and issues of urgency Assist in leading and motivating a large team of employees Assist in managing performance and development of team members Maintain compliance with all Company policies and procedures Providing exceptional guest experiences JobOpenings: Casual Supervisorpositions (20 - 25 hours/week), leading to full-time. Full-time Supervisorpositions (2) for experienced individuals with over 3 years of bar andmanagement experience. Staffmeals and drinks. Flexibleroster to accommodate work-life balance.
