Our WFS Staffing Lead are primarily responsible for high volume hiring and delivery of Associate labour through daily vendor management and engagement.
Key job responsibilities Agency Management including relationship and maintenance of pool integrityManagement of Labour Order Fill rateEnd to end Green Badge pool management.
This requires partnership with Operations and delivering the daily fill rates and providing all required informationAbility to interpret data and provide business reportsPartners with WFS leadership to support community groups to leverage grassroots sourcing channels to develop talent communities to fill positionsMust be able to travel as needed to conduct events in various locations within your designated Node or assigned geographical area About the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of human resources experienceExperience with HR processes and systems PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with process improvement and stakeholder managementExperience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards IDE statement
