Our WFS Staffing Lead are primarily responsible for high volume hiring and delivery of Associate labour through daily vendor management and engagement.

Key job responsibilities
- Agency Management including relationship and maintenance of pool integrity
- Management of Labour Order Fill rate.
- End to end Green Badge pool management. This requires partnership with Operations and delivering the daily fill rates and providing all required information.
- Ability to interpret data and provide business reports
- Partners with WFS leadership to support community groups to leverage grassroots sourcing channels to develop talent communities to fill positions
- Must be able to travel as needed to conduct events in various locations within your designated Node or assigned geographical area.

- 3+ years of human resources experience
- Experience with HR processes and systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
