Our WFS Staffing Lead is primarily responsible for high volume hiring and delivery of Associate labour through daily vendor management and engagement.Key job responsibilitiesAgency Management including relationship and maintenance of pool integrity.Management of Labour Order Fill rate.End to end Green Badge pool management. This requires partnership with Operations and delivering the daily fill rates and providing all required information.Ability to interpret data and provide business reports.Partners with WFS leadership to support community groups to leverage grassroots sourcing channels to develop talent communities to fill positions.Must be able to travel as needed to conduct events in various locations within your designated Node or assigned geographical area.About the teamJoin a highly collaborative and diverse workforce staffing team at Amazon, where your contributions will directly impact the company's growth and success.
