We will roll out UKG Pro to all Retail Business units within 2 years, ensuring we stay in sync with advanced functionality and infrastructure.
What you'll do Take part in our NEXT GEN WFM Tribe as the Program Improvement Specialist reporting to the Digital Design Lead. You will play a critical role in understanding, designing and deploying the future Digital experience.
Gather, validate and document business requirements.Ensure effective documentation to comply with all requirements.Support change management activities for new initiatives.Simplify information and decipher technical jargon for stakeholders.Liaise with project leads and the change management team.Develop processes around technical requirements and collaborate with training teams.Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions.Support full end-to-end testing cycle, including creating test cases.Understand system architecture and interfaces between systems.What you'll bring Core business analysis skill set and experience in requirement gathering.Ability to analyse findings and problem solve.Experience in Workforce Management platforms (e.g. Kronos, SAP).Proven ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.Sound understanding of the Retail sector is highly regarded.Familiarity with multiple Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Tribe, Kanban).What you'll experience A progressive and flexible 'Work from Anywhere' policy.A global business with endless career possibilities.Team discounts across Woolworths Group brands.Strong mentorship and development opportunities.Applications close 8th January 2025.
