We have invested heavily in our partnership with Kronos (now UKG) in the past 15 years.We will roll out UKG Pro to all Retail Business units within 2 years, ensuring we stay in sync with advanced functionality and infrastructure.What you'll doGather, validate and document business requirements.Ensure effective documentation to comply with all requirements.Support change management activities for new initiatives.Simplify information and decipher technical jargon for stakeholders.Liaise with project leads and the change management team.Develop processes around technical requirements and collaborate with training teams.Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions.Support full end-to-end testing cycle, including creating test cases.Understand system architecture and interfaces between systems.What you'll bringCore business analysis skill set and experience in requirement gathering.Ability to analyse findings and problem solve.Experience in Workforce Management platforms (e.g.
Kronos, SAP).Proven ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.Sound understanding of the Retail sector is highly regarded.Familiarity with multiple Agile frameworks (e.g.
