).Oversee annual tax planning and provide specialised tax optimisation advice.Review and manage advisory reports on clients' business performance and strategic planning.Communicate complex accounting, taxation, and business matters clearly.Skills and ExperienceMinimum 5 years in tax and business services roles.At least 2+ years as a manager or team leader.Proven track record in workflow management and meeting client deadlines.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience servicing a diverse client base.Proficiency in accounting software, especially Xero.Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
