The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and the ability to oversee and delegate tasks to their team.What We OfferSalary range starting from 100K with a tailored bonus structure.Full-time work from home position (option to work in the office if based in Subiaco, WA)Study support for CA/post-graduate studies.Flexible working hours to accommodate personal needs.Birthday leave and celebration.Tailored learning and development program.Office snacks.Employee incentive program.About the RoleProvide team guidance and technical advice, creating a collaborative work environment.Work with Senior Management to streamline processes and develop operational efficiencies.Review and delegate compliance tasks (financial reports, tax returns, etc.).Oversee annual tax planning and provide specialised tax optimisation advice.Review and manage advisory reports on clients' business performance and strategic planning.Communicate complex accounting, taxation, and business matters clearly.Skills and ExperienceMinimum 5 years in tax and business services roles.At least 2+ years as a manager or team leader.Proven track record in workflow management and meeting client deadlines.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience servicing a diverse client base.Proficiency in accounting software, especially Xero.Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
