Job Overview: As the Senior Accountant Client Manager, you will help manage client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves a blend of client interaction and accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Compliance Processing when required. Preparation of periodical Activity Statements. Preparation of Financial Statements & Tax Returns. Other client compliance such as FBT Returns, TPAR (Contractor reporting), STP Reporting, Payroll Tax Returns, etc. Mentoring/support other team members. Client Care point of contact/management of a group of clients. Assistance in projects as and when required. Participation in team training, events, and continuous improvement. Business Advisory/Value add work as directed/required. Any other undertaking as and when required. Skills & Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting/client-facing role in a public practice or accounting firm. Proficiency in accounting software Xero. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. High level of integrity and professionalism. Candidates must reside in Australia and have permanent work rights with no restrictions.
