About the role
2025 is going to be another exceptional year for EnergyAustralia, and we are excited about the prospect of growing our customer portfolio further, which will increase the number of opportunities across our fun and vibrant call centre in Geelong.
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and passionate customer service people to join either our SERVICE or CONNECTIONS teams in GEELONG, with start dates in early 2025.

As a consultant in our Contact Centre, you will: Complete a paid 5-week Training program (5 days on site) Work in a fast-paced & high-volume call centre Provide exceptional customer service, assisting our customers over the phone with billing, payment and other enquiries Receive continuous 1 on 1 coaching Navigate through multiple systems in order to assist our customers Enjoy a hybrid working environment with both in-office and working from home What we're looking for
