RESIDENT FIELD SERVICE MECHANIC – COWRA REGION Showcase your diagnostic expertise and join the team at WesTrac as a Resident Field Service Mechanic. Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, this role will see you utilising your product knowledge and advanced diagnostic skills to offer high-end support to our customers with service and breakdown solutions throughout the Cowra region.
Our successful candidate will ensure all repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections are completed to Caterpillar standards whilst championing a safety-first approach to everything they do. A Resident Field Service position with WesTrac will challenge you whilst giving you exposure to a large range of Caterpillar Machines as you actively grow our business in the area and broaden our customer base.
Roster & Remuneration Monday – Friday role, dayshift only. 10.5 Hour Shifts Potential earnings from $140,000 - $180,000 + tool of trade vehicle + phone + laptop *Above rates are a guide; each candidate will be assessed on skill and experience.
What are we looking for? Australian recognised mechanical trade - Cert III Mobile Plant Technology or Certificate III in Agricultural Mechanical Technology Caterpillar product knowledge and maintenance experience Excellent diagnostic and repair skills and a strong commitment to service excellence Excellent attitude to your work, and dedication to safe work practices Applicants with site bans are ineligible for Field Service Positions
