We are seeking a Leading Hand Mechanic to join our Geraldton Branch. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will work alongside two other leading hands to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 employees. This role involves promoting and maintaining high safety and quality standards, showcasing a positive can-do attitude, assisting in training team members, and handling high volume work.
Roster: 9/5 (9 days, 5 off), 10.5-hour shifts inclusive of 30 mins break.

Australian Recognised Trade Certificate Team leadership experience with a strong emphasis on safety High attention to detail to ensure quality control aligns with dealer standards Ability to multitask in a busy environment Strong understanding of KPI metrics from task receipt to completion Ability to coach and mentor teams Experience with machine and component rebuilds is advantageous What We Offer:
