Administrator | WesTrac Sydney (Casula) WesTrac is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Sydney Branch based in Casula. This role will be on a Monday-Friday basis with opportunities for full-time or part-time work.
The Casula Branch is the local Sydney branch covering the Sydney basin and upper part of the Southern Highlands. This branch focuses on servicing machines that are in field as well as look after small-large civil contractors.
The Administrator will enable the field service team to run smoothly. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for field service and is responsible for assisting customers with enquiries whilst providing high quality administrative support. This role will support day to day operations within a talented and motivated team.
Key Responsibilities Oversee general administrative functions including data entry, electronic filing, records management & office administration Carry out work order management activities including purchase requisition creation, goods receipting, and relevant document flow Maintain the training bookings for operational staff and records management Co-ordinate customer and industry inductions for branch staff including medical bookings and site inductions Coordinate branch staff uniform and PPE requirements Safety administration and compliance documentation Be part of the administration team that handles internal and external stakeholder communications Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance processes, drive efficiencies and improve customer service Skills & experience Demonstrated experience within an administration position Formal qualifications in business administration desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop strong positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities at once Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal Computer literacy skills – MS Office & data entry A continuous improvement mindset Benefits Fitness Passport for the whole family Annual remuneration and performance review Income protection with 24/7 coverage 12 weeks paid parental leave Online Learning Library to support your continued development Purchased Leave program Opportunities for growth and development Employee Wellness Program Discounted private health insurance On-boarding and welcome day at our head office in Newcastle If you believe you have the skills and experience to succeed in this role, please submit your resume for consideration via the link.
