As Regional General Manager – Regional and Agribusiness, you'll have the chance to make a lasting impact. Through leading a high performing team of Commercial Banking and Agribusiness bankers, you will drive a strategic direction, set clear goals, and empower the team to best support our customers.
With a strategic mindset, you'll foster meaningful connections with customers and communities, delivering exceptional experiences and driving a service revolution through innovation, productivity, and efficiency.
As an inspiring leader, you'll also play a pivotal role in coaching and mentoring our high-performing team of Commercial and Agribusiness bankers across Perth and regional WA, empowering them to achieve even greater success.

What do I need?
We're seeking an experienced leader in Commercial Banking and Agribusiness, with a strong background in sales leadership and coaching. You'll bring a commercial focus and sharp risk acumen, paired with a deep understanding of the financial services market, credit risk, and compliance.
A natural people-person, your proven ability to drive business performance and foster a truly customer-centric culture will set you apart. Your expertise and passion for supporting customers and teams will be key to your success in this role.
You will demonstrate a specialised understanding of the regional and Agribusiness market, with an ability to identify new opportunities to continue to grow the business. You'll be a critical thinker, with the ability to translate strategy into action.
