The role of Personal Banking Advisor is a key customer-facing position in our branch network. You will assist customers with their everyday banking needs, creating a stress-free, seamless experience. You'll help customers with their transactional and savings banking needs, refer them to specialists when required, and proactively contact existing customers via phone or email.
