As a Senior PMO Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving our Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) initiatives. You'll lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Strategic Leadership: Overseeing the FCC project portfolio, aligning it with broader business objectives, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Team Empowerment: Coaching and mentoring your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution. Financial Oversight: Monitoring project budgets, tracking financial performance, and optimising resource allocation. Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business units, and external partners. Reporting and Analysis: Providing clear and concise reports on project progress, performance metrics, and key insights. What do I need?
2 to 5+ years of experience in project delivery or program management Ability to work independently in complex situations and tasks. Demonstrated ability to engage, collaborate and influence outcomes with FCC Team members and key stakeholders Experience working in AML/CTF program or financial crime and tax compliance programs Good knowledge and application of industry frameworks, project methodologies and professional standards. Prior work experience in highly regulated and complex environment Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts. Demonstrated knowledge of risk management and assurance concepts. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility and resilience in responding to changing priorities.
