How will I help?
As the Portfolio Governance Lead, you will be responsible for measuring, tracking, and improving engineering, operational, financial, and compliance KPIs and metrics. This role involves strategic execution of non-delivery items with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Leadership Team (LT), performing portfolio reviews for four lines of business, and maintaining demand vs. supply and workforce data.
The Portfolio Lead will also handle resourcing and vendor management, including interviewing and onboarding, and ensure all KPIs and metrics are accurately reported through dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, track, and improve engineering, operational, financial, and compliance KPIs and metrics.
Execute strategic non-delivery items in collaboration with the ELT and LT.
Perform portfolio reviews for four lines of business.
Maintain demand vs. supply and workforce data.
Manage resourcing and vendor processes, including interviewing and onboarding.
Ensure accurate reporting of all KPIs and metrics through dashboards.
Develop and document new processes.
Ensure project recovery compliance for all project resources.
Complete cost reset actions.
Own the SDLC process for data platforms, including tracking and maintenance.

What do I need?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proactive, self-initiated, creative, and innovative in solving non-delivery problems.
Proven experience in portfolio management, preferably in fintech or financial services industry.
Extensive communication skills with senior management and managing senior stakeholders.
Exposure to corporate finance, P&L management, and FP&A is preferred.
Experience with SDLC and agile methodologies is required.
Advanced skills in JIRA and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI and metric tracking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with executive and leadership teams.
Proficiency in using dashboard tools.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
