Westpac Group provides well-structured opportunities that are typically available during the semester break. Additionally, we offer part-time opportunities during the semester. These placements are paid opportunities that are specifically designed to align with your degree and are open to all university students. Our Indigenous Careers Team, who are fully committed to supporting Indigenous individuals, will be available to assist you throughout the application process and during the program's completion.
Minimum Requirements A strong interest in your chosen field and a willingness to learn. A commitment to working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team culture. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed. A willingness to ask questions and seek feedback. Eligible to complete an internship, as defined by the relevant government guidelines. Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander. Currently registered in a university or TAFE program.
