Westpac Bank | Lending Manager

Details of the offer

Lending Manager Westpac Banking Corporation, Adelaide, Australia
Job Description How will I help? If there's one thing that BankSA values above all others, it's someone who genuinely cares about customers while achieving results. A people-person, you'll enjoy helping customers eager to find their way through the home loan maze.
Your ambition and drive mean you'll proactively contact customers to set up appointments, as well as help those who walk into the branch.
Managing multiple customers across just as many markets, you'll work flexibly to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. Since you won't be confined to a single branch each day, you'll have the opportunity to explore creative ways to expand your customer base, including leveraging external referral networks.
What do I need? Whether you're currently in a Mobile Lending role and seeking a change, or an experienced branch lender ready to advance your career, we have exciting opportunities for you. Mandarin speaking is highly advantageous.
If you have a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals and are eager to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you.
Our Lending Managers excel at identifying and retaining new business, often leveraging a referral network of external partners. Therefore, having experience in maintaining such a network is essential for success.
As a people-person, you'll always make customers feel confident that they're in good hands - and even then, you'll find ways to exceed their expectations.
How do I apply? Start here. Just click on the APPLY or APPLY NOW button. At Westpac, we're all about creating a supportive culture and ensuring our workplaces, branches, products, and services are accessible and inclusive for everyone - our customers, employees, and the wider community. If you're interested in discussing workplace flexibility, please feel free to mention it in your application.
We invite candidates of all ages, genders, sexual orientation, cultural backgrounds, people with disability, neurodiverse individuals, veterans and reservists, and Indigenous Australians to apply.
If you have questions about the recruitment process, please email us.
Do you need reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process?
We can provide reasonable adjustments for individuals with disability and/or neurodiversity. If you require an adjustment to be made during the recruitment process at any stage, please email us.
