Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee - Insurance Advisor in Victoria , BC at our Uptown location. Do you love to provide exceptional client service? If so, you will love working for Westland! We are looking for a career-minded individual who is focused on growing their career in insurance. Expected Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $22.06 on a 35-hour work week, with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from the date of hire but is dependent on individual achievement.
Westland provides support to all Trainees as they work to obtain their licensing. As a Trainee, you will:

As a Trainee - Insurance Advisor , you're empowered to develop your career in insurance by learning how to promote and educate clients on Insurance products. You'll also practice anticipating and interpreting client needs, as well as completing various insurance transactions.
