As the Head of Digital Products and Innovation , you will play a pivotal role in reshaping our digital landscape, fostering a customer-first culture, and enabling the delivery of technology solutions that meet the evolving business demands.

This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, where you will lead a high-performing team to deliver value-driven business outcomes across our digital product streams. Your leadership will prioritise innovation, collaboration, and excellence, positioning our organization to execute against our strategic objectives.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll contribute to shaping the organisation's strategic direction and culture, championing our values through fostering a safe, caring, and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership Drive the successful delivery of the Digital Products portfolio to enable critical organizational capabilities. Inspire and lead teams to embrace innovative approaches, leveraging emerging technologies to deliver transformative outcomes. Create a culture of accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement. Enable transparency and collaboration to ensure sustainable solutions are implemented. Strategy Define and execute strategies that align digital product streams with organizational priorities, efficiencies, and growth objectives. Ensure financial performance supports long-term strategic goals while enabling agility and responsiveness. Product Management Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, from ideation to delivery, ensuring they meet business expectations. Establish performance metrics, streamlined processes, and governance frameworks to maximize efficiency and impact. Proactively manage interdependencies across product streams and supporting services. Champion change and new ways of working, ensuring continuous embedment of the delivery model. Planning & Resourcing Align resources effectively with delivery priorities, optimising workforce planning to achieve excellence in execution. Maintain robust delivery governance, ensuring transparency, accountability, and control across products and services. Maintain the 10-year business outlook for the Digital Products and Innovation function, aligned to the prioritisation framework. Stakeholder Engagement Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning goals, securing buy-in, and driving collaboration. Lead change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of new strategies, ensuring engagement and success across diverse teams. What We're Looking For: Deep expertise in delivering technology solutions across IT and OT environments, gained through hands-on experience both in strategic and senior leadership roles. Proven track record of driving innovation, leading large-scale product development, and fostering impactful stakeholder partnerships. Experience in planning and executing strategies, as well as managing complex portfolios. Demonstrated ability to design and implement various delivery models, including insourced, outsourced, and DevOps frameworks. A growth mindset, driven by a passion for transforming the status quo into opportunities for meaningful change.
