Position Overview Western Health is seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our team at the Women's and Children's Specialist Clinics. The Women's and Children's Specialist Clinics provides quality health care for children, adolescents, newborns, and women.
Key Responsibilities The Administration Officer is responsible for the administration and receptionist duties within the Specialist Clinics Department. Successful applicants are required to:
Have excellent customer service skills and a willingness to go extra lengths to support the department's needs Be professional, self-motivated and able to work in a large diverse team Multitask, cope well under pressure and maintain data quality Have great communication and interpersonal skills Have confidence in using computers and computer programs Commit to the Western Health values - Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Excellence and Safety Training and Orientation Orientation and training materials are provided upon commencement.
