About the Role In this full-time position based in Southport, you will provide support to Senior Project Engineers and contribute to all stages of the structural design process. You will gain valuable experience using industry-standard software while working on challenging and rewarding projects. Our development program provides ongoing mentorship, clear performance expectations, and opportunities for professional growth, leading you towards professional registration (RPEQ/NER/CPEng).
We're looking for someone who: Has 1-4 years of relevant post-graduate experience in structural engineering. Possesses an understanding of structural engineering principles and materials. Has developed a working knowledge of Australian standards and structural engineering design codes. Has some experience with structural engineering analysis and design software and has familiarity with AutoCAD. Has excellent communication and time management skills. Is a team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. Possesses a passion for delivering creative, cost-effective, and compliant structural engineering solutions. Why Choose Westera?
