Job Description Your new company
Our client is a multinational company specialising in manufacturing products in the construction and building industry. They are headquartered in Emu Plains and their offices and distributors span throughout Australia, South East Asia and the South Pacific. They offer onsite support for all aspects of the business from specification through to installation.
Your new role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Leader, this role is responsible for planning, analysing and monitoring the organisations supply chain distribution to ensure products make it to their destinations in a timely, cost-efficient manner. Some duties will include but not be limited to:
Manages material requirements to increase inventory turns and reduce levels on hand Creating and maintaining MIN/MAX for inventory Create dashboards if required or monitor and analyse raw material requirements daily Through data-driven insights, lead cost-reduction initiatives Utilise data analysis to optimise production schedules Monitor inventory levels, analyse demand patterns, optimise stock levels and develop mitigation strategies in order to meet business requirements
About you
Must have manufacturing exposure in a similar role for at least 1 year 2-3 years experience in a demand planning role Advanced Excel skills Exposure to Pronto CRM would be highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively write reports and business correspondence Detail-oriented with strong data analysis skills
